Shipping Information

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has left our warehouse. For any inquiries, our customer service team is here to assist you.

Standard UK Delivery:

  • Orders under £30: £3.50
  • Orders £30 or over: FREE

We aim to deliver all standard mainland UK deliveries within 2-10 working days, Monday-Saturday. Deliveries are fulfilled via Royal Mail and Evri.

Next Day UK Delivery:

  • £5.99 (Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Thursday)

Next day deliveries are targeted for the next working day, facilitated by DPD. Please note that remote locations, adverse conditions, or courier-specific issues may cause delays. Next Day Delivery may not be available during peak demand periods.

In the event that your parcel cannot be delivered or left with a neighbour, it will be returned to your local depot for redelivery or collection. Failure to collect within the courier's designated time frame may result in the parcel being returned to the sender.

We urge customers to ensure their shipping address is accurate before completing a purchase. We cannot replace items misplaced due to an incorrectly provided address at checkout.

Unforeseen weather conditions may occasionally impact shipping periods. While we cannot control these situations, we appreciate your patience and are committed to resolving any issues promptly. For detailed information, please refer to your local courier tracking.

Order Processing Information:

  • Allow 48 hours for your order to be processed before shipping.
  • Standard International Shipping duration is 8-10 days.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
